First of all, no one from Franklin Plumbing asked me to write this review, I am doing it out of appreciation. Franklin Plumbing has shown me that not all home service businesses want to make a quick buck with a signature signing in one hand and your money in their other hand. In my very long process of trying to find a plumbing company to fix the plumbing leaks in my home, they were among the rare few who took time with me and answered “every” question I brought before them. They did not blow me off as someone wasting their time with a barrage of questions. They were forthright and direct in the information provided me. The Franklin Tech who came out to review my plumbing problems and provide an estimate was quite impressive. He was professional and appeared clean cut. I think he represented Franklin Plumbing very well. When it came to moving forward, I had to narrow down my selection to Franklin Plumbing and another plumbing company. Believe you me, it was an extremely difficult choice. After completion of this current home project, because I live in an older home, I will most definitely keep this plumbing company on my “go-to” list and hope others will consider the same.
